Motorola announced the release of their two new Linux powered smartphones. The Motoming A1600 and Motoming A1800, are two powerful business devices with, GPS, touchscreen and a handful of other features. There have been rumors that these phones have already been available in china, but now it is official that these two phones do exist.


Motorola and Kodak today announced MOTOZINE™ ZN5, the first product combining world-class innovation from both companies, at a gallery-inspired event, Beijing.


Bad news for Sony Ericsson fans - the long rumored Sony Ericsson P5 (codenamed Paris) and Sony Ericsson G702 (codenamed Beibei) smartphones have been cancelled. There is the suggestion that both of these handsets were cancelled due to a large volume of criticism from reviewers and other industry watchers. Some critics of the unannounced Sony Ericsson P5 claimed its specs are too inadequate to stand up to competing smartphones. Outdated before even released.
